Share your product list, quantities and destination market. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our quotation.
Most enquiries arrive as a short list of brands with a destination attached, and that is enough to work with. If you expect to buy more than once, you can also start an application to buy your enquiry's lines on a standing trade account, which removes the introduction stage from every later request.
Know what you need? Name the brands and pack formats directly. If the list is still forming, the catalogue shows the rest of what we hold beyond your enquiry — useful when there is space left in a container and you would rather fill it than ship air.
Popular enquiries: mixed pallets of beverages that travel well with your enquiry's core lines, and the rest of the confectionery range loaded behind them to fill the same container.
Prefer to talk?
Our trade team is available Monday to Friday, Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 18:00 CET. Reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp — whichever is easiest for you.
Incoterms and routing are usually the second thing a buyer asks about. The logistics page covers moving your enquiry through Antwerp or Rotterdam under EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP, including consolidation of mixed brands into one shipment.
For the short version, the FAQ collects what buyers ask about your enquiry before it is sent — minimums, authenticity, payment and Incoterms.
The person who replies is a trade buyer with sight of what is allocatable, not a call-centre operator; our company page sets out the sourcing route behind your enquiry if you would rather know that first.

What happens to your enquiry after you press send
No auto-responder chain, no lead-nurture sequence. Four things happen, in this order.
It reaches a trade buyer, not a queue
Enquiries land with the export desk in Aalter. Whoever picks it up can see what is allocatable, so the reply is an answer rather than a request to book a call.
Your lines are checked against what is allocatable
We match each brand, variant and format you name to stock we can commit. Anything unavailable is flagged with the closest alternative, instead of being quoted and reneged on later.
An itemised quotation goes back within 24 hours
Line by line: goods, pack format, order structure, Incoterm and loading port, with case content, pallet configuration and gross weight confirmed against the allocation offered.
The offer becomes a pro-forma when you accept it
Accept in writing and the quotation is converted to a pro-forma invoice. That document, not an email exchange, is what creates the order and fixes every specification on it.
How to write an enquiry that comes back with a usable price
A vague enquiry gets a vague answer, and then a week disappears into clarifying emails. Five habits make the difference.
Lead with the destination country
Destination decides more than any other single input: the Incoterm that makes sense, the routing out of Antwerp or Rotterdam, the duty treatment on arrival and the documents that have to travel with the goods. Put it in the first line, even if the product list is still provisional.
Give quantities in the unit you buy in
Cases, pallets, mixed pallets or full containers — whichever you actually order in. An approximate scale is fine and far more useful than silence; the exact case and pallet figures come back to you on the quotation, confirmed against the allocation offered.
Name the delivery term you want quoted
EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP change the number substantially because they change what is inside it. If you are unsure which suits your route, say so and we will quote the term that usually works for that destination alongside the alternative.
Flag label and market-fit constraints early
Language on pack, ingredient declarations, importer details, registration requirements at destination — these determine whether stock in hand is usable for your market. Raised at enquiry stage they are a filter; raised after booking they are a delay.
Say what you would accept instead
Allocation moves. A buyer who says "this variant, or the nearest equivalent in the same format" is quotable in a single exchange; a buyer who names one SKU and nothing else may wait for it to come free.
Enquiries we can act on, and those we redirect
FMCG Depot supplies businesses buying for resale or professional use — retailers, wholesalers, importers, regional distributors and food-service operators — across beverages, coffee, confectionery, snacks, sauces, groceries, skincare, personal care, household and baby care.
We cannot help with consumer or household orders: there is no retail channel here and no single-unit dispatch. We also decline enquiries that ask us to present ourselves as an official or appointed distributor of a brand. What we supply is genuine brand-owner stock in original manufacturer packaging, sourced through established EU trade channels, and that is how it is described on every document.
If a brand you need is not on the site, ask anyway. The catalogue reflects what we hold and move regularly rather than the limit of what we can source, and adjacent lines in a category we already trade are often obtainable through the same channel.
The paperwork that follows a confirmed order
Your customs broker cares about documents, not marketing, so here is the set they receive. Every consignment ships with a commercial invoice and packing list matching the goods loaded, and a bill of lading or air waybill according to the mode of transport.
On origin, be precise about what you are asking for. A EUR.1 movement certificate evidences EU preferential origin, and preferential origin follows where goods were manufactured rather than where the brand comes from — so it is issued where the goods genuinely qualify, and not otherwise. For everything else we provide a Certificate of Origin and full export documentation. Tell us at enquiry stage which your import regime needs and we will confirm what the goods can actually carry before you commit.
Answers first-time buyers usually want before emailing
Can I ask for a price without registering first?
Yes. The form above is enough, and a quotation follows within 24 hours. Registration only matters if you intend to order repeatedly, in which case it saves repeating your company details each time.
How do I know the stock is genuine?
Goods are sourced through established EU trade channels and shipped in original manufacturer packaging, with batch and best-before data checked against the units allocated to your order. The documents you receive name the goods exactly as loaded.
Do you ship to my country?
We export to more than 60 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. If a destination raises a labelling or regulatory question, we would rather raise it in the first reply than after the container is booked.
Can one shipment carry several brands and categories?
Yes, and most do. Consolidating mixed brands into one container is standard here — it is usually the difference between an efficient shipment and one that arrives half empty.
How is a first order actually confirmed and paid?
An accepted quotation becomes a pro-forma invoice, and the order is confirmed against that document by bank transfer. Established buyers may qualify for flexible terms. Nothing is reserved on a verbal or email agreement alone, which protects both sides when allocation is tight.
What if I am comparing suppliers and not yet ready to buy?
Say so. A quotation costs you nothing and commits you to nothing, and a buyer benchmarking the market is a legitimate enquiry. We would rather be on your comparison sheet accurately than be chased for a price we cannot hold.
Tell us the destination and we will do the rest
One email with brands, quantities and a country is enough to start.
